The location is really hard to find the first time.  Read all of this so that you have some idea of where you are going.  DO NOT try to take Spokane St. (ground level), or you will get stuck waiting for trains.  Follow the directions below to bypass train traffic.

From I-5;  take the Spokane St. viaduct towards the West Seattle Bridge.  Take the Harbor Island exit (do not cross the West Seattle Bridge), follow the U-turn route to make a U-turn (the sign will literally say “U-turn route”).  Once you are headed east again, stay in the right lane.  Next to the same exit ramp you took, the road will fork three ways.  Take the middle fork.  From there, you will be able to turn right onto E Marginal Way and it will be the second building on your right.

From Downtown Seattle:  get on SB Hwy 99 at Columbia St. or from Elliot Ave.   Take the Harbor Island exit, follow the U-turn route to make a U-turn (the sign will literally say “U-turn route”).  Once you are headed east again, stay in the right lane.   Next to the same exit ramp you took, the road will fork three ways.  Take the middle fork.  From there, you will be able to turn right onto E Marginal Way and it will be the second building on your right.
