Cancellation Policy

Bookings made more than 14 days before the date of the booking are NOT eligible for a refund.

Eligible cancellations must be made more than 48 hours prior to your session start time, in which case a full refund will be sent.  Otherwise, no refund or credit will be awarded. DO NOT call to make your cancellation. Cancellations will be made by email only. The 48-hour period for cancellations will be marked by the time your email is sent. Email booking@bootstrapmusic.com to cancel.

Cancellations may take up to 24 hours to be processed, starting at the time that you send the email.

    Moving your session: (you cannot)

We don’t move sessions. Please put in a request to cancel your current session and, independently, book the other time that you want through the same process you used before. This way you are sure to get the session that is available at this time, since it may be up to 24 hours before your cancellation is processed. The cancellation policy still applies. Trying to move your session is not a way around it.

To further clarify the cancellation policy, any booking made within 14 days of the booking will get a full refund, if cancelled, but only if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the the session start time. If you’re wondering why it is like this, it’s because we used to not allow bookings to be made very far out at all. Implementing this policy makes it feasible to allow bookings further out, for those who would like to do so.
