Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours prior to your session start time, in which case a full refund will be sent.  Otherwise, no refund or credit will be awarded. DO NOT call to make your cancellation. Cancellations will be made by email only. The 48-hour period for cancellations will be marked by the time your email is sent. Moving your session to another time, or day, will be done the same way. Too often, there is not an exactly-equal session to move your time to. So, rather than requesting your session be moved, please put in a request to cancel your current session and, independently, book the other time that you want through the same process you used before. This way you are sure to get the session that is available at that time, since it may be a while before I can get to a computer to handle your cancellation. That said, it may be as long as the next day before I am able to process your cancellation, but, as long as you sent the email in good time, it will get processed and your refund sent.
