One of the things you will appreciate about this studio, is our use of a high-quality PA system for you to hear the mix through.  Yes, we have our own near-field monitors at the desk, but these monitors never represent the bass accurately. With JBL 18″ subs and tops by Electro-Voice, you’re going to know what your music sounds like on the dance floor.

The tracking room is located within a large concrete vault.  It is well isolated from outside noise, and the acoustics are very warm.  However, after 6:00 p.m. most evenings the noise coming from our rehearsal rooms tends to be too loud for vocal recording.  Drums, guitars, and other louder instruments can still be tracked.  We recommend all vocal-recording sessions be booked in the hours prior to 6:00pm when it is much quieter within the building.  In general, recording sessions after 6:00 p.m. should be considered for demo purposes only; while album-quality recordings will be done earlier in the day.
